Sometimes we’ll use creative tools like worksheets, images, or stones to express what’s hard to put into words. This helps us understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, guiding your healing and growth in a gentle, supportive way.
Hypnotherapy with NLP
Hypnotherapy combined with NLP offers a powerful way to quickly address your concerns—helping you release anxiety, build mindfulness, and find clarity. Together, we’ll create a personalised, solution-focused plan tailored to your needs. Often, just 1-4 sessions bring meaningful change. Using evidence-based techniques from psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, and hypnosis, I support you in achieving goals, boosting confidence, managing social anxiety, or letting go of the past. Let’s work together to help you feel more empowered and balanced.


Meditation
Meditation stands as a potent tool for finding inner peace and nurturing mindfulness. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, commonly known as “tapping,” involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the upper body. It’s designed to address emotional distress, physical pain, and anxiety by targeting disruptions within the body’s energy system. The efficacy of EFT is continually being explored, with numerous individuals reporting significant reductions in symptoms such as anxiety, pain, and emotional healing.

Tarot with counselling
Tarot with Counselling offers a unique space to explore what’s unfolding in your life over the next 3–6 months. While offered for entertainment purposes, tarot can be a powerful reflective tool to support insight and clarity.
In this 90-minute face-to-face session, I’ll hold a supportive space for you to feel seen, heard, and understood. You’ll also receive a written summary of the cards drawn.
