About Me

My therapy is unique to you.  I am an “integrative therapist” trained in Counselling, Psychotherapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy, BWRT and EFT and am currently studying nutrition and the ketogenic diet to add to my “toolkit”.

My aim is to help you to help you draw on your innate strengths. I believe we hold tools within us for positive change through effective support.  It is also my belief that as spiritual beings having a human experience, we all seek connection and comfort from our social sphere and if this is absent, we may suffer emotionally and mentally.  You only need to take a look at mental health news to see that anxiety and depression are climbing upwards as we attempt to rely on ourselves as separate individuals.

I qualified with a psychology degree with the Open University in 2006, supplementing this with counselling and psychotherapy training, followed by hypnotherapy in 2013, and have worked in placements and private practice since 2008.


Prior to studying psychology, I worked in PA / Office Manager roles, supporting Managing Director(s) of multi national companies in commercial enterprises. I have always held a strong interest in people and the patterns of human processes.  Our well-being is important for survival and given effective support, we can find find tools within for change.

Fees are currently £45 per individual session
Fees for couples are £60 per session.
