With a background in psychology from the Open University (2000), I’ve continued learning and expanding my skills in Counselling, Psychotherapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT, and BWRT. I bring a down-to-earth, compassionate approach, drawing on a wide range of tools to support your personal growth and healing.
I’m also a certified Mind Calm Master Coach, trained by Sandy Newbigging, and use methods like Mind Calm, Body Calm, and Calm Cure to help you create peace within yourself—whether that’s around a mental or physical issue.
