I provide a comprehensive programme of support to help you lose the weight you want. We set realistic goals, bearing in mind that I am not a nutritionist but a motivational figure in your life. Each week for four weeks we meet as part of a weight-loss package, examining where you are, how you are going about your weight release goals and if you like, be weighed at each sessions so progress is measurable. I will connect with you between sessions to see how our work together is progressing.
