The effects of sleep deprivation may not be so well known but include among others:
- Weight gain
- Foggy brain
- Lower quality of life
- Daytime Fatigue
- Weakened Immune System
- Mood Swings
- Inability to Concentrate
- Digestive disorders
It’s important to get at least 7-9 hours quality sleep each night. If you are only getting sufficient sleep through medication it’s important to re-train your natural ability to sleep. This means that your bed is the place where you sleep. It means having good sleep hygiene. Not lying in bed for hours… and many more tips which I can share with you when you book.
Hypnotherapy (which literally means “sleep therapy”!) will help! You need to be willing to believe that it CAN help you and also that you have a desire to retrain your body to sleep naturally which is perfectly possible. Contact me today for more information, and check out my blog!
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
